whats wrong with my plug?

i just installed a hmf slip on pipe, and a 170mj and a new plug. ive ridden it for 30min tops. why is there so much carbon on it?

no air box lid, stock filter and i have a pic.

If you put the 170 in and didn't remove your air box lid you are running WAY rich. The jetting specs they give you are only good if the lid is off.
