Default dvx or z-400

I currently have a 97 Yamaha warrior. I am planning on upgrading to a new atv. I was planning on getting a z-400. But then I seen the dvx 400. Now I am unsure of what one to get. I was very impressed with the dvx but wondere if it had and defects since artic cat isnt that experienvced with making sport atvs. And suggestions would be appreciated

Well both quads are basically the same thing because the dvx400 is just a spinoff of the kfx and z400s because all three companies are intertwined, so pretty much just find the one you can get the best deal on and buy it. The DVX also has some pretty cool plastics combinations.

exact same quads except for plastics and headlights, both will perform the same, just choose on looks and which one you can get a better deal on

I would've got the DVX400 because I think it looks awesome (and I've never seen one while riding) but there were no convenient/nearby dealerships so I went with the zuk.

Well the only difference in the z/kfx is plastic colors.

The dvx is just different plastics. Its not really much of a decision, just get the one that you think looks the best and from the best dealer.

IMO the DVX is the best looking out of the stock Z family

Actually, the dvx was out first, so the R looks like the dvx. I said the same thing when the R came out, and I got booed out of the honda forum.

Get the DVX it has awsome plastics, plus they are removeable looks even nicer and will give a higher top speed, because of aerodynamics.
