Can't understand it. How can you be in low lock and 2wd at the same time? 2wd is at on end of the lever's throw and lock is at the other. And what do you mean by it will 'pull off'?

what i mean is if its in 2wd lo hi or lo lock it will not pull off its like the wheels r locked . if u put it in 4wd lo lock it will pull off .
u can move the levers but sometimes it is hard to get back to 4wd

Sounds like your cables coming off the levers are out of adjust. You are in two gear ranges at once and indeed it will lock up. I suspect it's the 2-4 hi-4low cable. Get a service manual to figure out how to set them up if you can't do it by looking. Maybe a bracket has become bent, they usually don't need setting. It will be sticky moving the levers, the trick is to shift the foot gearshift at the same time as the hand lever you want to shift. That way it de-clutches and the lever moves easy. Then you don't reef on it so hard it goes out of adjust.

maybe one of your rear cv joints are busted.wen my right rear cv joint broke it locked up and i had to pull it up with my lawn tractor. it's not hard to look just look from the inside and you can proly tell if thats it.
