Im thinking about buying a k&n air filter and a pipe for my quadsport 230 1987 but i dont know what is the best pipe for my atv.

I hear that Cobra Loose Hp

Wich pipe do you think that would be better??

 

my old 230 s had a dg on it. its a ok pipe

 

I had an '88 with a Cobra pipe on it and it seemed to help. There were times that if the conditions were right, this machine would just flat out haul for a 230. Then my baffle fell out one day. Man was that loud. Never found it and someone stole my stock tires and exhaust. When the exhaust was new, it sounded great.

 

mine has a dg pipe which is loud and i dont know if it gave it more power because it came on it when i boght it. there is pretty much nothing in side the pipe i can get you a pic of what it looks like if you want

My QS had a leaky Super Trap when I bought it... It was LOUD!! I bought a DG alloy...I sure like it.. With the K&N , the pipe and muffler, and some holes drilled in air box, my QS runs great....

 

I put a universal White Bros E-Series on mine and it hauls.

I see that you own a Qs 230.You list that you planning to buy a oil cooler ... where can i get one??

Im from canada and want one too be sure that my motor stay cold

 

i think you can get the oil cooler from fst but i wont to know where can you get the 285 big bore
