Is this a good price?

This guy owns a LOT that sells ATV's and Dirt Bikes. Well anyways, he said he can give me a good deal if I buy two of them.
I am looking for a Suzuki LTZ400 for me, and a Suzuki LTZ250 for my fiance.
The deal he said if I get two is this:
1. 2003 Suzuki LTZ400 (manual) for $4000 ---- for me
2. 2003 or 04 LTZ250 (auto) for $3200 ---- for my fiance
What do you guys think?? They would come stock.

oh, once I test ride it, and check out everything, I will be sure to talk price down a bit more. I'm going to be paying all cash, so i'm sure he'll give me a break....
How much do you think the price range should be for those two then???

sounds good guys. Thanks for letting me know.
I will be meeting up with the guy this sunday. SO i'll keep you posted.
P.S. Are the LTZ250 pretty good bikes for a beginner (for my fiance)..??
We've actually never ridden a Suzuki yet.
The ones that we have been riding (her parents) are a slow 2002-Trailblazer 250 and an okay 1997 Warrior 350.
I've heard nothing but good things about Suzuki, thats why i am going to get them.

well guys! Guess what? I bought both of them! I am very happy and can't wait to take it out this weekend when we go camping. Both of the bikes were in GREAT condition. A few scratches here and there, but nothing big. Ran AND sounded great too. We ended up paying $6700 for both of them. I know its not as low as $6200, but I have been trying for a while to get the Z400, but around my area used in the Cycle Trader, they have been running for around $4500+... Either way, we're really happy with what we bought. The Z250 is a shifting automatic, and mines a manual of course.
Looks like i'm going to be on this forum everyday to learn from you guys/gals. I have learned quit a bit so far from reading through the forums. Once again, thanks for the info/input. I'll try and post pics when I get the hold of a digi-cam.
Give me about 2 months and its time to start modding on my Z400... I just want the basics first like K&N, Pipe, and Jetted.
