z400 hmf slip on pipe

Default z400 hmf slip on pipe

Is any one running a hmf slip on pipe with a stock filter and lid with out jetting? Does that cause any problems? Any respone would be great---THANKS, Midget

Your bike could be running lean w/ stock jetting. Does it feel like the power cuts out at any time while your riding.

i have hmf slip on with stock filter and a 165mj and runs great

mine ran like sh** with slipon and stock jet.

I am going ti install the pipe this weekend. But I thought I might get some jets (so if I need them) I just did not know where to start. But I am still not sure about what they mean by the snorkel. Is it on the lid? Any photos will be gret.

the snorkel is the thing that runs from the front of the air box to finally sit on the gas tank. it has a little foam pad on the cover. thats what i took off.
