Now b4 anyone asks if I looked through the forum for my same problem let me stop you right there. Yes I have looked and no I didn't find anything even close to my question.

I bought the K&N intake upgrade for my Z400. I wanted to get the most air intake that I could so I as a lot of people would call "butchered" my air box. To be exact, there is NO air box left after I got done with it (please don't redicule me for going to these drastic extremes). All that is left is enough to mount the K&N and the bolts that mount the box to the frame.

I read of a simular problem that someone had but from the sounds of it they still had their air box intact'

I guess to get right to the point, Can anyone help me in rejetting my bike before something bad happens to it due to my stupidity. My bike runs mainly (95%) at the Oregon dunes. I want to get the power gain that I'm looking for in the shortest amount of time. I've got a trip on Labor day and that's only in a little over 2 weeks. [b]PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Get a 165 main jet and install it. This should get you through the weeked. You should invest in a jet kit as soon as possible.

why do people think they need a jet kit} to much money for what jets u get. i have hmf slip on 165 main stock needle and stock pilot jet. runns vary strong. just my 02 cents.

That's what I'm looking for Chaze. Everybody's opinion helps a little. But I would still like to have some more peoples suggestions so that I have a wider area of info to pull from.

i run no airbox lid, or that damn snorkus thing on my z with the same kn kit with the outwears and a 150 main with stock pilot and everything seems fine..a lil rich but better safe than sorry....
