Default anyone know where i can get a quadzilla motor?

Im in the process of rebuilding my bike and everything is done except for the motor, the motor i have has had quite a few different bores and needs some work including some tranni work so im thinking about just buying a new engine that needs nothing. Im looking for an 88+ so i wont have the headgasket problem, a modified engine would be fine as long as everything was in perfect working order. Eastcoast atv used to list quadzilla engines but they were $1,500...for this price are they completely rebuilt or are they just strait out of the bikes they salvage? Any help would be great, the sooner i get the engine situation figured out the sooner i can get riding this thing again.

There are a few on ebay, but most of 'em are just for parts. I think you'd be cheaper off just fixing the one you have?
$.02
