Default Taking engine off Z-400 need help?

I am taking my engine off to send into yoshi, but i am stuck on the oil line that goes into the enging and is held in by a bolt that takes a allen wrench. How do you get it off, its at a weird engine. Also wich way do you pull the engine out once everything is disconnected?????

Well, i decided to stick with the kfx-400, one because my girlfriend nags and nags and nags and nags to me about how i dont need to buy another four wheeler and second i think spending 1470 to send my engine into yoshi is better that 6500 for a yfz-450.

Well I can't picture that exact bolt...but its probably at a weird angle where you don't have as much leverage as you need...right? The stock bolts come loc-tited and put on by Big Arm Bubba...lol. Try to find a wratchet set that converts from the wratchet head to an allen on the end. Meaning you have a wrathcet with an allen head on the end...if that makes sense. Made my life a whole lot easier when taking apart the engine.

exactly bulldogz!!! Just got the engine out a little bit ago. Had to get what you said and it came out very easly. Tommorrow i send it to yoshi. for surgery. BIG BORE 450, they claim 53 hp with a 41mm carb. I hope i will be able to take the yfz 's with the kit.

Yeah, i am getting a 41mm carb, i dont know who to get from though? Any thoughts???? No i did not get it dynoed before i sent the motor in. I imagine myself having around 38 to 39 hp with all my goodies. Well except for the No2.
