Default zilla question

depends. If your going to have the cases split i would definitely at least rebuild the crank,if not replace it. Heres what it costs me, about 125.00 for the bore/piston kit. 164 dollars for the crank/rod (brand new wiseco hot rod crank and rod assembly on ebey, always on there by the way) im not positive but the bearings are around 10-20 dollars a piece, but if you are going to replace the bearings it would be rediculous not to replace the main brearing seals 5-10 bucks a piece. you might want to inspect your gears and stuff while your down there. then itll be about 30 bucks to get your crank pressed back into the left hand side. make sure the oil is leaking through a failed seal and not a crack. (mine was leaking through the shift shaft seal, thought it was the case). and whatever the cost is to buy the sealant stuff to put the cases back together. proilly about 5 bucks. it would be wise to rebuild your crank while your down there,if you have a fresh killer top end,it might kill your passable used bottom end. id say around 400 to do it right and have have it rock solid with no worries. ps.if you have a shop do the labor for you add about a kajillion dollars to that price
