Iam 16 and about 165 pounds . I was looking into the suzuki z250. What do you guys think? thanks alot

Whats wrong with the z250?

 

the z250 is an automatic and doesnt really have alot of power. why not save up a little more and get a z400 wich is alot better. u coudlk aslo get a used z for a little more then a barnd new z250

 

Please do not by a z250 If your not ready for a z400 power go for the 250 . I got a z400 as my first quad with a clutch. I have ridden a z250 and Owned a 2002 250EX and I liked my 250EX a alot better

 

Ok let me tell you right now that yes the z400's are faster and do have a clutch but there is nothing wrong with a z250. In fact z250 are great little sport quads to rip around on and do have enough power to keep you busy. Also z250 have great handeling and are very comfortable. Another thing about the z250 is you can buy an aftermarket clutch kit for them if you really want a clutch. Also if you want aftermarket part they make many parts for the z250. Overall the z250 is a fun, easy to maintain quad, and is a blast to drive. I drove my friends z250 and love it. You will not be unhappy with this quad.

 

v-unit is totally correct you can get the clutch kit and it is a great beginner bike. i just thought sience he was 16 would mayb want a z400. the z250 is a great bike im sure of it im just used to somthing bigger.

whats your experiance so far?? that would really help. given ur age and weight i would say z400. if not then a raptor/warrior 350. but not a 250, ur to heavy and prob to tall for it.
