Default zilla bogging

i just installed a 39mmpwk carb and having a hard time jetting, i have a 55 pilot and 165 main and the clip is in the middle on the needle, im still getting to much fuel at idle so i need a smaller pilot jet but my question is, it is bogging at full throttle it runs good until i hit WOT then it just dies, is this to much fuel or not enough? it is stock with a PT pipe and trd reeds.

A quick way that I check for fuel and air mixure is I start with the air filter (just because its the easiest to mess with first) on my scrammy I was bogging down at full throttle..it would still run at full but it just wouldn't max out...So I took my lid off my airbox and removed my filter...I just ran it around the yard without the lid and filter and it ran perfect...so I just replaced my filter and it fixed the problem...

So if it runs better without the lid and filter then that means you need more air....which meens you have a bad filter or you need to move down a size or two on the main jet... if it runs crappier then you need to move up on the main jet. If you look at my mods I'm running a 172.5 main jet and my needle position is on three (middle pretty much). and I think my scrammy stock carb is a 39mm.

i just tryed the next 2 sizes up(170, 175 main) and it seemed to get worse so im going to get a 160 main tommorrow and try that, does this make sense to you people. the plug looked good (brown) with the 165 and went to a black colour with the 175

that doesn't make since...usually a tan colored plug means your good to go.. but since the bigger jets didn't work then try a size smaller. just keep trying new rigs and I'm sure you'll find the right air/fuel mixture to get rid of that bog.

does this carb have a power jet on the carb here is what is wrong they used the overflow tube to feed the power jet and the seal in the carb is leaking and it causes it to bog with to much fuel i have seen this alot with the pwk for sure is the problem if it came from tudors

It will have a black tube running from the bowl of the carb up to a little device mounted on the intake of the carb and there will be cap that tuns out and there is an adjustment screw in there should be turned all the way in ..
