heres my 2cents on the horse%$#$ being said about the zillas ive got one with a pretty good running banshee and my zilla will walk all over the banshee and my banshee will walk all over any basic stock 4 stroke machine if dont belive than drive down to twinfalls id in november and watch the grass drags been there twice and one both times just my 2cents.

Beat a 365R and you had minor mods? Was the rider an escaped mental patient?
I find that so hard to believe, considering the fact that a stock 250R is only about 6 or 7 lengths behind until the TRX hits top speed.(pavement from what I've seen on the track)
That's saying a fully modified 365 isn't gaining even 10 lengths over itself? Please
It would only take a couple decent mods to gain all those lengths back.

A fully modified 250R could put over 50 lengths on itself if it was built correctly and riden correctly. The same for any other two
stroke.

I'll have to disagree. Considering the fact that the LT250R weighs less than the TRX, has a better stock carb, more compression
and is powervalved and isn't even ahead of the TRX by any more than 2 or 3 lengths. Not a very impressive LT.

 

That's true stang, the tecate was the fastest then the LT and then the TRX. I'm just defending my pride and joy best I can :-)


And yea I did see that Zilla VS YFZ video too..that zilla shoulda eaten that YFZ alive. There are too many variables. For all anyone
knows the guy coulda missed a shift or the guy on the YFZ took off before he should have.....that video doesn't mean ****.

This topic is getting old .Everyone who knows jack sh*t about off road bikes and atvs knows that the powevalve 2stroke 500cc motors are the kings of monstrous power. Wether it is in a cr500-kx500-lt500-or a yz 490,they were the most powerful bikes stock for stock ever made.-PERIOD. I will admit that 450rs AND yzf450s are very very fast,and probably have way more USEABLE horsepower than a 500cc 2 stroke,and i would probably rather have one than a quadzilla. Simple fact is,if your quadzilla is being outrun by stock or mildly modded 450's,then your either A-not as good a rider as the other guy or B-your quadzilla doesnt run right. For petes sake lt250's can almost run with 450s and raptors,and thats half of 500!!! -----------------oh yeah,and as for rebuilding,you can rebuild it ten times a day and if it isnt done right,it will be a terd,your powervalve could be misadjusted--poor jetting,poor anything,rebuilding doesnt mean half as much as proper tuning and maintenance

and in that vid of the yfz VS the zilla, u can clearly see the dude on the zilla lets off the gas cuz all of a sudden there isnt any roost.......the yfz had more roost....

 

ive seen butters video, he sent it to me along time ago, it kinda goes back and forth who wins tween the 365R and zilla, but i think the zilla wins most of em. theres even a dirtbike in one of the races
