I need to put a tether on my KQ for this weekend's GNCC race. Has anyone put one on yet?

 

No, but I need to do the same. I was tinkering around and it looks like there is a coil pack under the plastic, just like the Prairie/Twin Peaks/Brute Force/V Force. I'm not sure if that's what we need to work with or not. I haven't had the chance to look into it much. I have figured out how to remove the "start with the brake" feature. Nyroc used my pictures and info on his website. Go there if you want to check it out.
