I have a 2004 Z400. I bought an HMF full exhaust, K&N, Pro-Design, w/Dynojet Kit ( I would like to run it without the air box lid with a prefilter) and thought if you guys are running a similar setup I would find out what jetting you guys are running. I am at about sea level (So Cal)

 

i have hmf slip on and 165 dyno jet at 1200 feet.

 

Are you running it with your lid off or on and did you use the needle in the kit?

 

lid on with 2 2inch holes in it .stock needle

 

dude the dynojet kit is a waste of money..just get a 165-170 main w/ the lid off and it'll rip

 

Yep the dyno jet kit is probably a rip but if I didnt buy it I would need it... I set it up last night and its running great 165 main, needle in the 3rd clip position and the air box lid off.
