LT 230 Top End
Hit send too quick on 1st post-
anyway, I have a smoking problem with a 1985 LT 230- checked the compression and it was 100 to 125 lbs-
didn't try the leak down test, thinking about just doing the entire top end-
Any input on taking apart the tope end? I have to wait a few days for my repair manual- should I take the engine out of the frame to work on it? or has anyone rebuilt the top end with block attached? anybody have a good web site with an exploded view of that top end?
