TRX 250R and LT 250r ,axle

I want to know if hondas axle will fit my 86 quad racer. I know that their carriers are alike

Hmmm....? Are you sure the carriers are the same? Cause the swingarm style is totally different. Anyway, if you can get the axle into the carrier, than you need to get all Honda components for the axle ie;hubs/sprockets/brake rotor/etc.. It'd be cheaper and easier to pick up an LSR or Durablue axle if you're looking for strength.
