Default 87' LT230s: Cant get it started

If there is anyone out there that can help me with my Lt230s I would appreciate it. I cant seem to get it started. I just replaced crankcase cover, checked the stator assembly checked upper coil and the cap. I get good spark and when I remove the plug it looks like fuel is making it there. I also just put a few drops of starter fluid inside to see if I could at least get something and still nothing. There is plenty of compression. So I am not sure where else to go. Anyone with any Ideas????/
Thanks.

try to pull start it or push but pulling works better cause you keep going

Tried a new plug yet? The one in there could have too much deposits on it.Try 1/4 throttle to get it started? The pilot circuit could be plugged, and going to a steady 1/4 throttle will use the midrange circuit to start.
What were the circumstances, of the no start? Has it just been sitting for awhile? If the gas is over 90 days old, dump it and put in fresh gas.
Pulling it behind another quad is the best way, if it hasnt been started in awhile, to get it going.
Did you check the compression with a gauge?

Thanks for the info. I have changed the plug and used 2 different types(hot and cold). It has been sitting for quite some time because I just changed the crankcase cover. I drained any gas in the tank and used high octane. I also changed the fuel filter and cleaned out the air filter compartment. I have not checked the compression with a gauge since I was going by what someone else said that it had plenty of compression. My next step was to pull it behind my truck to see if I am able to get it started that way.
