I've used some industrial grade remover I got from my cousin(Auto painter), and it worked fairly well, but don't expect it all to just come right off!

Could use a needle scaler if you have a compressor.

I got good results using the spray on aircraft paint remover and a wire wheel. Had to apply the paint remover 4-5 times but it only took an hour. The first time you apply it most of the paint will bubble and lift, after that your left with though pathces here and there, but after a few more applications of the paint remover they either lift or are soft enough to come right off with a wire wheel.

hope this helps.

here is what you WANT.

TAL STRIP at the auto parts store.

spray it on the frame, come back in 20min, hose it off, you are all done, belive me this is the only stuff that works.

just take it to a body shop, they can strip the paint off easily. Sand blasting would be the easiest though.
