How much is the blue book on this bike? dose 1900 seem fair

also he said that the chain poped and cracked the engine case next to the shifter how hard is this to fix?

but yea, 1900 is a great deal, i got my 87 for 2200. sorry i cant help ya on the engine case fix, not sure about it cuz ive never had to do it

I put a hole in my case when my chain came off also. I just fixed it with some quick steel. its like 5 bucks at the auto parts store. probably not the best way to do it but it works and its cheap

i also have seen jb weld used to rapiar it . if not it can be welded but thats not cheap . i also have seen several run with out them or fabricat one off the stator cover bolt .

1900 is a fair price depending on shape year and overall condition ,

sorry for typos . typinmg left handed cuz i jacked up my right hand .

Sounds like a good price if the quad is in good shape. Again check on the year as 90 was the last year for the LT500. Make sure it is not a 500 stuffed into a LT250 frame, if it is you may have more problems.

My friend had the chain break and crack the cse also....he had the case repaired for about $75 . Just do all the breakdown yourself and split the cases. Find a decent aluminum welder.... they shouldnt charge you anymore then 75$.
