I am looking for someplace where I can get these damn mikuni round jets for my 04 z400 stock carb. Called both local bike shops and they told me they can only sell them in packs of 5 (of the same jet). Seems that the long and short hex are far more common, and one dealer told me to just drill the stocker out. pi$$ on that too much effort. Have checked mail order a little but no luck. Are these jets that hard to come by, or do dealers just not want to mess with them cause its not a money maker. Thanks

 

JR Graham has them, Dennis Kirk, many others. I got some from the Carb Parts Warehouse in Ohio. That's all they sell. Do a search on Google, you'll find many others as well.

sry to get off topic but what do you guys thinka dealer will charge to install a diala jet if i buy it? or just to rejet it? try this for your carb

 

Why do you want to add a Dial a Jet to your Recon? You shouldn't need to mess with your jetting unless you added a pipe and filter.
