yes it will in the high rpm .

When I bought mine I went to the HMF factory to pick it up, I was gonna get the full system, but they told me since I ride mostly woods and trails to stick to the slip-on. The full system is better if you race and run the Z at higher RPM's

thats what im doing because i dont have the money, oh by the way tom, ill be calling you the 8th or the 10th, when i can order my slip-on.

but does the HMF has a bigger diameter than the stock pipe, for better flow ??

i have a z400 and i am going to put a couple of mods on it like airfilter pipe tires jetting and maybe a high comp piston should i still get the slip on or the full system?
