Hows the Vinson in mud???
I took a long ride today on my dads 05 vinson cause my 05 KQ is still in the shop with no reverse.. The vinny really impressed me today. It has 26" mudlites on it. 9 inch wide on front and 10 inch wide on rear. I wished now i had them sizes on mine. Mine has the 10 inch wide on front and 12 inch wide on back. A little to much tire with no added benefit. The 9 inch wide tires on front make it stear really well for 26's.. It also made it alot easier to get in and outta the back of my truck that has a 6 foot bed. The vinny really hooked up today in the mud. I was really impressed. Although without that locker it still dont compare to my KQ in the mud. However i was impressed for what it was. Very nice ride, and very very stable in off camber situations. Believe me i found out more then once today about that. The worst being when i come down this gravel road hauling and a log truck come around the bend. Well needless to say i went off the road and i have no idea how at that camber i had the bike it just didnt flop over. Good amount of power and very comfortable ride. My only gripe with it is that it is very picky about where the shift lever is at to engage that gear u want. Other then that and no locker i got total thumbs up for it...

Hows the Vinson in mud???
I think the vinny has pretty good power all the way through the band for a 500. I was impressed with the bike for a 500. I certainly wouldnt give up my KQ for a vinny. The KQ rides to nice and has the kinda power i am lookin for not to mention better gas mileage then the vinny. However if i was to choose a smaller quad the vinny would be right up at the top of the list. Nice ride, cushy seat and very stable. Looks sweet and seems like it gonna be a pretty good maintanance free quad.
