When I put my quad into reverse and move the throttle to 1/2 it starts to sputter. It doesn't want to run that good after I move it to 1/2. When I put it back into first it runs okay. I was wondering if it happens to you guys too?

its normal. lots of people remove it. not sure how you do it. I dont know if I would want it disabled for saftey reasons
and as what was said prior somebody will speak up about how to disable it

i dont remember how to disable it, i used to , but if you do, then your reverse light wont come on when its in reverse and i think the neutral one wont either when in nuetral, not 100% positive on the nuetral light though...

Why do you need to go more then 1/2 throttle in reverse? If I were you I would leave it as is due to safety reasons.
05LTZ400 How do you like the 05 Z400? I'm thinking of getting one also. Does it have a good balance point for wheelies?

It is great! Very easy to ride. I haven't done any wheelies yet. When I go up a hill it feels like it has good balance. I thought that having 22" tires in the front and 20" in the rear would make it scary while going up a hill but it isn't. My lt230 has 21" in the front and 20" in the rear and it is really scary going up a hill.
