I ride the dunes alot and I need them. Do I really need heel guards?

 

AC Propegs

 

I bought the Alba nerf's for my girls '05 Z400 and she really likes them. They came with the heel guards on them. I personally think that they are a little on the small side, but she loves them. I have a pair of the AC pro pegs on my DS and love them. The pegs feel great and the nerfs are a little wider. If I had to choose between the two "hands down the AC Pro pegs". They seem like a lot of money to fork over at first but it will truely make your bike look awesome, and you will have that piece of mind when you catch good air.

i like my ac nerfs, they are nice and big. they didnt come with heel gaurds but i just kept my stock ones on for now

I would get some if they made them for my bike.

 

I have been looking into getting nerfs and noticed that RockyMountain has some by Tusk that look pretty decent. They don't have heel guards but look pretty thick. I don't know of anyone who has them though. Here is a link to them....Tusk Nerfs

 

These are the sickest nerfs. Heel Guards and Pegs built in, 220$

 

I just got the tusk nerfs, there good quality for the price ($100). No heel guards, I plan on using the stock ones.
