When i took my cylinder and crank caseing off my zilla i notice the rod from my power valve was off i don't know if i knocked it or it was left off. Would it have beeen possible somebody left it off. Also how do you set this power valve I haven't touched it yet and I think thats best. I just want somebodys opinon.Thanks for any help!!!!!!

 

i would order the littls plastic clips the hold the rod in they break verry easy. to adjust the valve with no tention on the spring turn the cap 360 deg counterclockwise

BTW sweet zilla you got there (especially the motor) at the moment mine is totally ripped apart. I decided one day i wanted to spray the frame metallic green and polish all the alumuinium, and it needed a bit of tidying up I wish mine will look that good when its finished.

 

all in time and dont forget the money part. put those to together and you will have a sweet quad........

 

My dads brother in law is spraying it on thursday then I can put the fame back together as for the engine I still have to get a few parts. A lot of friends do me a few favours cutting down the cost and I've been saving for a while. I wished I lived in usa everthing is much cheaper over there but here in R.O.I(rip off ireland) everything I get from the states is taxed. I have to get all the stuff from usa cause it can't be got here.
