Hi, I am doing this for a friend. My friend is buying an atv and he wants a Brand new Raptor 350 (5100) at the dealer there is a used suzuki z400 and the price is 4100. Which 1 is a better atv. I think the z but he doesnt know what to buy.

the 350 is nice and seems to have gotten some good reviews its still lacks some power and just isn't quite as sporty as the Z..i also think the Z handles better and overall if a few steps ahead of the 350

 

If the Z is in good shape with low hours its a better buy. If the Z is an 04 then its a no-brainer IMO. Much more quad for less $$$.

 

Its hard to turn down a brand new quad for a used one. I'd say if it is an 04 and looks good then definately get the Z.

 

In the picture the quad looks a little dirty but he doesnt understand that its better and for less.

I have had a chance to ride them both, nad to tell you the truth get the Z for sure. It is has so much power over the 350. The 350 really lacks low end power as far as i am concerened, and the Z looks better. If the Z's in good condition and everything the Z is definatley the best bang for the buck quad.

 

definately the Z. And does anybody agree with me that the raptor 350's front plastic design looks cheap and kinda crappy?

 

no comparison, the 350 is a wanna bee( no offense, it has its purpose and place ) but the Z takes it easy.
