I was looking at the '05 Z-400 the other day at the dealer and they are really nice. I like the white/blue one. Dealer said I could get it for $5,100 OTD. Is this a good deal for one? I will be MXing, some trail riding, hill climbs, etc.

Would the Z-400 make a good MX quad after some good mods like a-arms, axle, suspension, etc? Would it be competitive?

Do the new upgrades done to it make it a lot better and faster now? Do you think this quad will be a good match for me after I do some mods to it to make it MX ready, etc? Do you think it will fit all of my riding styles?

Post up how much you paid for your '05 Z-400 OTD new.

Tells me the pros and cons about the Z400.

I plan on putting a big bore on it too, eventually. What would you recomend? A 440 or 450?

I was thinkin Weisco 440 with port/polish, cams, springs, Ti reatainers, etc.

I love the blue frame on the new ones. I don't know why anyone would get the yellow plastic with the plain frame. It's a lot easier to change the plastic color than to change the color of the frame. And cheaper too! You'll love it!
Good choice!

I was quoted"$5700" otd in Carson City 2 weeks ago. So, if it's $5100 otd, I'd say it's a great price

I also think the blue/wht colors look great, too As far as riding mx, I think the set-up is great for that. Happy riding
