I was wondering what type of inline gas filter everyone is using.I had stopped at auto parts store today and it seems that the automotive filters are just large to use . They suggested one that you would use on a garden tractor, but I was not real comfortable with it.So any suggestions would be appreciated. Biney

 

Local ATV shop will have them. Used on Motorcycles and ATV's

 

Also get an extra gas hose just in case you cut it wrong or something, and it really doesnt matter what filter you get as long as they fit because they all do the same thing and your dealer sould have some

I purchased a Fram in- line gas filter that was listed for a Volkswagon. It fits perfect! Sorry I threw out the box so I don't have the # anymore.

Speaking of having an extra gas hose, i just put a filter in the other day and i guess there was still gas in the hose cause it went everywhere when i cut it

you can get them from the auto parts store, make sure you bring your fuel line with you for the proper inside diameter match up- yet another suzuki design flaw.
