im thinkin the zilla is gonna have it. those things haul, and ive rode with a 450r before. in stock form it wasnt all that impressive. it smoked my scrammy...well yea, i hope so, but i still got him off the line, high 3rd was when he passed me. (ive never lost off the line ). the zilla i saw was modified, a pipe and something else, i didnt ask, but holy **** that thing hauled.

so like i said they must of used crank numbers back then. if u divide 48 by 15% u get 41, which is about right. the tecate was claimed 42. yeah right. divide that by 15% u get 36. like i said if that really had 42 at the wheels it would beat the new 450s because it weighs 30 pounds less too. does the tecate beat the 450s stock for stock? i highly doubt it. and if that wasnt proof enough then u must now have that issue. o and a stock honda or yamaha 450 accelerate a lil quicker then a banshee in my experience

I would go with the, zilla But I could be bias Not a fan of 4-jokes unless trail riding is your thing. If you ever do find a 450r that can beat a zilla, go to a hill with them. I know who will be at the top first.

WELL,when my friend bought his 05' banshee in cincinnati,we asked the mechanic that prepped his shee to be taken home,if the new 450 would outrun it.He said "f%ck" no the banshee would take it. SECOND,when i was checking out a new 450 at richwood powersports in florence,i asked the mechanic/rider if the 450 would take the banshee. He also said the banshee would take the 450 in a drag,as long as the riders were equaly skilled. I would much rather have a 450.banshees have been almost the same since 87.still a great quad ---we have two of them a 91 and an 01. I think it is pretty well accepted that the zilla will take a banshee in a drag,so if the zilla beats a banshee, then it would probably take a 450.

if i had a vid i would, but i dont. keep in mind this was on pavement, so traction was not of concern. for the first 150-200 ft, i had him, then he blew right by me. with my scrambler, i just lean forward and punch it, and it pulls hard without lifting the front end up, whereas he had to be careful. the auto helps too
