Default Quick question z400 TEAM SUZUKI YOSHOMURA Slip ON

I just took the spark arrester out of my slip on, it sounds hella better, is this ok to run with it in, as far as engine and performance go? i know its not legal.

I have the slip on and a K&N filter, not jetted.

let me know.

Default Quick question z400 TEAM SUZUKI YOSHIMURA Slip ON

I have the spark arrestor out on my Yamaha wolverine and its sounds like a harley and i get a little more boost on the take off and i have had it off for about 2 months now and nothing has gone wrong with it so far but people have told me that sparks really do come out of it but i have never seen any come out and some tell me that they just call it that for some reason. Well i haven't had a prob with it yet

I would check your jetting just to make sure your not running a little lean with the slip on and k&n. and no it wont hurt to run it with out the arrestor in it
just dont get caught riding where you need to have it
