Default jetting help '89 LT250S

Guys:
Any help here would be much appreciated. My friend has this quad, and after we swapped out the carb for a box stock one that was completely cleaned, it won't start for anything in the cold.

Once it gets running (100+ kicks) the little bugger runs great. We checked the plug & everything seems fine, gas & spark, but I am not sure. I am wondering if anyone has rejetted theirs, and what they were using for jets & pilots.

Thanks in advance!!!
