Default Jetting Qestion 04 z400

What size main and pilot jet would you recomend for the quad in my sig. I'm in Oklahoma and its used for flat track racing mainly.thankx

Im not sure about your elevation, mine is 600ft above sea level. Without the airbox lid Im runing a 165(mikuni) main and 25 pilot. Around 2 turns out on the fuel screw.

hmm thats weird.. I have a 195 in now and i am still REAL lean.

Are you sure your lean? I dont hear of many people with anything bigger than a 180.

What makes you think you are lean? 195 is huge for the Z..........

Default Jetting Qestion 04 z400

The plug test is really hard to do with a 4 stroke. I am currently running a 195jet with a 45pilot. But i have a kehin carb and my airbox lid is off and the box also has 1" holes cut in it. I really dont think that your AC 400 needs such a large jet. How does it run??
