i want to get nerf bars for my z400 but i dont now which ones.

Go with the DGs, they seem to be pretty popular.

i like the AC pro peg nerfs with built in heel guard...all 3 pieces you need ( nerfs, pegs, heel guard ) all built into one piece for under 200 bucks...best deal i have ever seen.

i have graydons but they snaped on a part of them , but that seems like a great deal for the AC's

The AC Pro pegs with the built in heel guards are nice. My boyfriend has them. I have the Alba nerfs and I really like mine too!
