Vinson Belt drive vs Ultramatic

Is the belt drive system on the Vinson similar to Yamaha's Ultramatic? From what I've read it seems like Yamaha's system is an excellent set-up, but I've heard the Kawa's and Polaris's don't last as long because of greater wear on the belts. How's the Vinson's system? I got the latest issue of Dirt Wheels and read the owner's long term report about the Vinson and it looks like it's a pretty reliable quad. I've never really considered looking into the Vinson because I've been leaning more towards the Kodiak or Foreman. But it looks like the Vinson has alot to offer, plus I like the looks of the wheels a whole lot better.

Yes, they are very similar. They both have a centrifical clutch #25 ( see the link), and a sprag clutch #24.
The yami and suzi , and a/c have the pulleys and the belt under a constant tension...nothing to adjust, the springs keep it adjusted.

And the suzi is the same, as far as function, as the yami.
