Default 36mm Mikuni Jetting on LT250R

Just looking for a baseline and then I'll dial it in. I recently rebuilt the motor and don't want to hurt it with jetting that is way off. This carb hasn't been used before on this bike, the jetting currently is a 350 main and 45 pilot, and it was used on 125 dirt bike.

I have a .060 over bore with Wiseco piston, FMF fatty pipe and silencer, and a slightly milled head, K&N with no airbox lid. Looking for some suggestions on what others are using.

With a 36mm carb you will likely be in the 280 main jet range give or take a size with the 45 pilot. You may find that the pilot may be a little too much and you might have to drop to a 40, but for starters that will definitely be enough. Start with the needle in the middle clip position and the air screw 1.5 to 1.75 turns out. Hope that helps,Bubba
