There is about 12000Kms on my 2003 Vinson. Should I change coolant?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

 

what color is the coolant? if its brown and muddy then yes! change it.

also if it does need to be changed, flush the entire system out with water, making sure to completely get all of the coolant out, then put in the RED PRESTONE coolant, seems to last longer.

Nice windshield on your machines. They wouldn't last on my machine because I tend to roll mine on occassion.

 

Yeah, I rolled it once but only buckled the arms. Its pretty strong cause its mad of fiberglass intead of plastic. Great fort riding in the cold weather .

 

the HMF is a tad loud, but ah whatever, proformance gains were great, so in my mind the proformance outweighed the noise., you dont really hear the difference in noise that much, when your riding it with a helmate. couple the pipe, to a web cam, and it really wakes the bike up!

Nah, it just SEEMS like it lasts longer. With the red coolant you can't as easily see the chunks of rust floating around in there!
