Id say the old outlander 800 XXC (back when it was on the G1 platform) was one of the nicest looking Atvs from the factory.
I actually was a little bit disappointed when they gave the g2 outlanders the "renegade style" projector lamps. Although I must say, the projectors are a lot more practical at night. The new grizz is beautiful also.
As far as sport quads are concerned, yfz's and DS450s have always grabbed my attention, especially in race form. I think my 700xx's are also looking pretty snazzy lol
I think styling has come a long way in the last few years. I remember how ugly older utility quads used to be. Looks were never important then. Look at an old Honda Foreman or Yamaha Big Bear. They were great, reliable quads but man they were ugly. Now everyone wants to have a good looking quad.
didn`t read all the posts. sounds like everyone I read , people are voting their own quad . quadzilla w/ no headlight is mine.
after thinking about it, a banshee has got to be one of the ugliest ever made !! looks like a 1940 farmall tractor !
I guess everyone is a little biased. I like the new Honda Rubicon, I just wish it had more power to go with its good looks. I think the Brute Force looks good too. The 400ex and Raptor are nice too. The Banshee looks like a grasshopper to me, those headlights look like eyeballs lol.
Lots of folks think that Banshees are ugly..... I have one that I did a frame up resto on, tho pipes are not stock. Anyway, I think the thing that makes some of us "think" that they are sharp is the thrill that a perfectly tuned/piped Banshee provides..... Just nothing like it IMHO...
You know back in the 80s when they first came out I had my '88R parked next to my friends '88 Shee and the stock Shee just didn't look good at all. However now I appreciate them and wish I would have bought the anniversary colored model in 2006 instead of the 400EX that I picked up.
Those twin chrome pipes coming out the engine are fine on a lot of builds I see,
BUT I hate when people put the eye covers on the Shee headlights......just as bad as putting those eyelashes on a VW Bug.

I don't care for those headlight covers either . The 250R is def a sharper machine! I have regrets as well, I have owned two 250R's, both were 86 models, sold them years ago. I never knew how rare and expensive they would become. We live and learn......
