That really sucks man. I'm sure the dealer will make it right. I guess out of all the
quads they make they have to screw up a few of them!

The dealership isnt responsible, the factory is. Watch who you get angry with...you dont want to **** off someone you need help from. Youd be surprised how fast a option can disapear if the customer has an attitude.
Youve got a right to be pissed...but you need the dealer on your side to make this right.

That sucks,

Sounds like a faulty head gasket, or the torque on the head bolts was wrong. That might be the first I've heard of one of the Z-quads eating themselves up.

Yeah, I wouldn't say your Z is crap just yet, but you sure do have bad luck! I've never heard a Z doing this either, but it is definately a problem straight from the factory since it manifested first time out. Definately stay cool with the dealer, after all, you wouldn't tick off your barber/hairdresser right before a haircut, right? Why would you do the same to your dealer right before his employees are going to fix your brand new quad?

Like some others have said, don't go in there showing a attitude with the dealer, you are going to need them on your side. It will get taken care of. I wouldn't let them rebuilf your engine tho, I would fight for a brand new one. Let us know what happens.
