Twin Peaks ok for lugging??
Thanks to the forum for some great info that helped me make my decision for our ranch/fun purchase. We ended up with an 04 TP 700. $6300 out the door was the final price and we felt good about that. There was a Brute Force on Ebay that went unbid for $5700, but I think we got ours at close to dealer cost.
For those of you in the So Cal area, try some of the dealers in Tuscon AZ for rock bottom prices. We elected to stay local - ECC in Escon. But the Tuscon prices were very good - Rincon's for $6500...VERY NICE!! Will post again after I ride it for the first time.
Tim.

You can just ride in low range. Yes, the motor is torquey and can take low speed stuff.
The drivetrain is very durable. But, the clutch is actually the belt. So if you go too slow (creeping) and the belt is slipping because you are going so slow, the belt will burn. So as long as you aren't going rock crawl slow you should be OK.
