z 450??
For those who don't believe, read the interview in the back of ATV Sport with I believe Wayne Hinson and he speaks briefly on the development of the 450 and believes that Suziki will deliver as close to a true racer as possible, and that Doug Gust had limited imput and Jeremiah Jones had none, but the aftermarket companies they work with did have a considerable amount of imput....

No one will know how it will perform unitl it comes out. But Im guessing it will be out this summer from what I have read, and I have trust in my buddy Phanty!
I know hardly anyone agrees with me, but from what I have read from the Kawi things here and there, I wouldn't be surprised if they debut a 450 type quad of there own and not a cookie cutter of Suzuki. Mark my words the 450 dirtbike will be out in the next 3 months.

There have been a number of threads on this recently, do a search and you'll find what you need.
BTW, Suzuki should make the 450 public this summer....probably around June or July.
Phantom....my inside info says they might push it back to oct now for the dealerships.but would think info about it is still coming out in june about it .i will try to find out more about it though. and you are right ,doug gust is the only one with some input on it .he is also the only person outside the factory to have tested it.

The 450 IS a reality and not only is it's press intro coming up,....the units will also appear on dealer's floor well before the end of the year. No waiting around like it was with the Z400 model.
For those wondering,...... the new 450 IS NOT a modified Z400 engine similar to Yosh engines....but an engine from the RMZ450 dirtbike.
The chassis is also new and is very similar to the TRX450R in design rather than the YFZ450. It is also wider than both the TRX or the YFZ.
No hype or specualtion here.
This is legit and if you doubt my info without listing my sources....feel free to search my posts here for the last 4 years.
Good times ahead for the boys in yellow.
