Ok, no biggie right? Carb is leaking fuel out the overflow tubes constiantly, floats stuck right? Apparently not, I have taken the carb down numerous times only to have it pouring fuel out the overflow tube once the petcock it turned on. Its a 39/41.5 PWK. Its comming out so strongly, its acting like its being siponed out.

 

more than likely its a bad or sticking needle and seat .

 

check the float height and and the needle and seat, a mix of those fixed the same problem on mine.
