What 440 kit is best for the z400 and where can I buy it and if any of you guys have what kind of experience do/did you have with it?

 

i have the athena kit very good kit.bought it from a local shop $600.look around the web for it.also i know lots of guys that have the GT thunder 440 kit for gnnc racing you can't beat it for a z.if i had the $$for the gt thunder kit i would get that one.

 

instead of getting a 440 kit why dont you just get the 450 kit made by yoshimura?

What does the Yoshi kit have? Is It a stroker or piston/sleeve?

 

I believe it has the high comp. piston, stroker kit, cams, full exhaust system, jet kit with k&n air filter. If i'm not mistaken this kit runs for around $2200-2500. But it is one of the fastest motor kits available for the z, have heard of them being faster than bored out 470's. Modded yfz's, ha! you can laugh at them all day. No match there!

 

You think Yoshi will sell a kit w/o a pipe, filter and jets?

 

I am pretty sure they do.
