Default King Quad backfiring?

I have about 175 miles on my King Quad and I just had to take it into the dealer because it keeps back firing and it also doesn't feel as responsive as it did when I first got it. Anyone else having the same problem? Any suggestions?

Have you had the valves adjusted? I don't think the timing is adjustable, so I doubt it's that. IMHO, I think either your need to replace your plugs and/or have the ECM looked at. It also could just be bad gas. I know people say you can run the cheap gas, but these bikes really do prefer high test.

Do you think it would help if I used Premium or Plus gas? I'm using Regular Unleaded right now.

Don't run regular. They say you can, but atleast run midgrade. You'll notice a difference, but these bikes really prefer premium. But I run premium in all my vehicles.
