Default electrical problems maybe! help

ok, dont ask why but i tryed hooking up a power converter to my quad. While i was doing it i accidentaly touched the two wires together. When i went to start the quad up the neutral light wouldnt come on and it wouldnt start(it was in neutral). I tryed pull starting it and it ran for a few seconds, but it ran like crap and stalled. while it was running the neutral light was blinking on and off. Someone please help

I doubt it is fuses. You might have fried your CDI or melted some wires.
