I would like to thank everyone who helped in the decision making process for me. I picked them up a week ago and have yet to put any real miles on them yet. i compress mine in paint. click on image and then click on stretch/skew. i stretch mine 50% on horizontal and vertical and click ok and then go to stretch skew again and do the same thing again and it should be the right size. then just go to file and save as where you want it. you can also check attributes under images after you do your stetch/skew and it will give you your pic size.
