I got a 250 Quadrunner for 3 bils. Guy said it had a stuck valve.I charged the battery and it started up ran great. Question? waht is the lever on the left handle grip. Is it a clutch or a break.All help will be greatly appreciated.

if its similar to the 2000 quadrunner im picking up tomorrow the left lever is a break and so is the right..its auto-clutch.
