I'd have to say that I agree. Suzuki's trademark color has always been yellow, so they should have kept it around for the folks interested in that style. But, I would never consider buying yellow due to it being a little too flashy for my taste. I like the more subdued, Earthy colors, hence the appeal of the blacks and darker greens. Red would be okay, too. Also, being that Yamaha's trademark color is royal blue, I have been seriously considering their steel blue color in the Grizz 660 (if I decide to go with the Grizz). I think the Grizz in the blue looks really good as well. Yet, that new olive drab (military) color green in the new 2006 KQ simply looks awesome, especially with all the black trim (including the rims for 2006). One thing is for sure, IMHO, the olive drab green of the 2006 KQ looks a whole lot better than the more forest green color of the 2005 KQ. The new black 2006 KQ looks pretty cool, too, but I am not 100% sure. That's the one I would definitely have to see in person to know for sure. I believe it is the all black bike with new black rims that could possibly cause me to change my mind; maybe too much black. But, you could always add aftermarket aluminum rims to offset that a bit. I also like the looks of the 2005 Grizz SE, which is metallic black. It looks really good because it has contrasting polished aluminum rims already supplied. My $0.02...

guys, guys, guys......the words from UTAH were not whether Suzuki should keep up with their trademark yellow. He said that they should have kept it AND I AGREE. If he would have stopped there I would have been fine, but to go on and say......and I quote, "the other POOR colors" (he was referring to OLIVE and BLACK!!!!!) and also I quote from him, "What is Suzuki smoking?"
That is where I had the problem... anyway, YES they should have kept the yellow, that IS their trademark color, although in my opinion I would NEVER get that color......to go on and basicaly say that the other colors are "poor" was the ridiculous part.....and if you noticed in his next thread he liked the army green (previously known as a poor color and that Suzuki was smoking something)
Yellow doesn't do it for me as a man at all but since they have invested so much time, energy, and money on that being their trademark color for decades than yes, I agree it should have been kept. IMO, Olive, Black, and Red are much more manly.
No hard feelings Mr Utah!!!!!

Well, we all have our opinions. I like green, and black looks good on the showroom. I would never own green. Too many memories of the Army, and I might lose it with my poor eyesight in the woods! that Leaves red as my only choice. I will open myself up to more ridicule by saying that I like the Kawasaki silver they have come out with for 06. I own three red ATVs and one yellow one. I still think it looks great out on the trail.
