Did you try running it without re-jetting? If all you did was put on a slip-on and nothing else, you may not need to rejet. If you put a higher flow filter and/or remove the airbox lid or snorkel then you will definately need to rejet. More air + more gas = more power. I'm guessing that with only a slip-on you may not notice a big difference in power. If it doesn't run well in the lower rpms under load but runs good at higher revs under load then I think you might be rich, but if as you say it doesn't do well on the hills then I think you are lean.

i am running a open air box i went i am on the 4th clip on the needle the low end power feels good even the mid range but when i am under heavy load and floored it seemes gut less

take your air box lid off.if it runs better than you have it rich. i had a k@n ,no air box and i cut the baffle out and i was running 160 main . it didn't feel to bad but i knew it was kind of rich.i have a new cdi and a full comp yoshi now and i'm running a 165 main and half a turn on the air mixer screw and it's running damn good. i think it's right on know.

Try running it with the airbox lid on.
I would try a bigger main jet. Somewhere around a 155-160 with an open airbox.
With the stock pipe I removed the airbox lid and installed a 150 mikuni mainjet and it ran great. With the ful pipe I ran a 160.
