On any kingquad I've seen on Suzuki's website, I haven't seen one like this. See how the rear has that drooping rear fender (mudguard) with the twin lights? Can someone please explain this to me?

Now, because I haven't seen this on the website, I'm under the impression they don't come on the 2006. Can they be put on the 05 or o6? What model year is the one pictured?

Well that's a .se domain, meaning it's Swedish. I can't speak first hand, but from what I've read/seen it's a whole different arena for ATV's overseas. They can be registered, and street driven in several countries. A swedish webpage translator is no where to be found. From browsing the site it looks as if it's an ATV shop that does custom work. Those appear to be addons for the king to make it street legal w/ the required turn signals. Year of bike is unknown, but I'd bet everything I own that it's either a 2005 or 2006 (j/k).
I'm sure they'd fit on either year, but getting them stateside is going to be the problem. Send them an email, maybe one of them speaks English and would be willing to put a set up on ebay.
